While the articles focus on the business world, one can make the connection to higher education fairly easily. This site is a good tool to have for information on any topic related to management and organization topics.

It is the official website of a journal based out of Sweden, and it is available online to the public ? meaning you can read the articles themselves without having to sort through a database. The contributors are based all over the world and write about intercultural communication in a variety of contexts and topics, from the practical to the theoretical. I particularly enjoyed the articles ?Professionali sm in Intercultural Job Interviews? (Jensen) and ?What is the Basis of American Culture?? (Aldridge).
